I found this link while reviewing membership applications. It cracked me up and I loved the messages: Accept yourself, don't use your weight as an excuse, live life! A Fat Rant.

Hey, as a fabulous size 18 chick who hits the gym three to four days a week, I gotta agree. Weight is such a shallow thing to put your life on hold for and such a ridiculous standard for what makes someone attractive.
Finally, a woman who embraces her weight and empowers plus-sized women without insulting others. I love how she promotes fitness, not thinness, and I especially love how she doesn’t embrace the victim attitude about weight. You go girl! You are beautiful!
I’m a size 2, and I get the carte blanche insult, “Skinny girls are ugly, REAL women have curves,” all too much. My retort is, “Real women come in all shapes and sizes, but real women are also confident enough so that they don’t have to ostentatiously hate on everybody to alleviate their insecurities.”
