“Twatwaffle” is a pretty gratifying one as well.
I’ve seen this word a lot over the past few months and I LOVE IT! Kudos for your recognition of this newly formed and heavily used compound word. This IS a compound word even if the first word of this compound word is derived from an acronym, right? I must consult with my soon-to-be second grader who has politely corrected me on my “incomplete imperative sentences” such as “Go kid videogame.”

Fucktard is nowhere near PC either, as it’s a portmanteau of “fuck” and “retard.” I’d think that the word fucktard would generate much more negativity from zealots, as it implies that stupidity is associated with mental retardation.
Fuck is not derived from an acronym.
Really? Hmmmm. Not that I believe everything I read, but the supposed acyronyms imply the meaning of the word “fuck” more so than other offered explanations/origins of this word.

My husband & I have noticed that any word that ends in “tard” is generally hilarious. Think Uni-tard.
ps. we also believe the word retard should be reclaimed to no longer ever used to refer to people who may be mentally challanged, but as a name for just plain idiots, because, no apologies, it sounds pretty damn funny too.
