i’m male, and while that “twss” thing has not surfaced in my social circle yet my reaction to it would be “whats this “bravo sierra” the first time, and by the third time my comment would be “getting a little old, ain’t it”. stupid jokes hit their sell by date very quickly with me, and this one is already stale.

i agree too, firmly. while i have no use for the far left radical “feminists” who seem to make almost a religion of man hating. i can and do live happily in a world where women are equal partners in society, and i would not like to see them relegated back to the status of mere property, as they would be in the world “ahmed” desires, a world you accurately describe as perverted.

I think the niqab has a place, but that place is a closed religious community. Women who want to live and work in mainstream Canadian society should make adjustments, just as Western women who want to live and work in certain other parts of the world should change their mode of dress enough to respect the customs of the cultures there. If Ahmed wants to live in Canada as a resident alien, she does need to respect the culture. If she wants to become a Canadian, she needs to embrace the culture. If wearing the niqab (and the beliefs that go along with it) is more important, she should find a religious community in which she can live without having to have more than tangential contact with the mainstream culture.

You may have put all that time and effort into it…but boy are you lucky to have a guy like that!!! My husband would drool and treat me like a piece of meat, creepy and dehumanizing, oh yeah then tell me not to whine about being cold ’cause at least I finally dressed up hot. yuck…
